  • FREE Physical pre-assessment via zoom and consult to discuss health history + goals

  • Personalized workout program that I’ll design to meet your needs

  • Option to do virtual training sessions together on Zoom

  • Option to do weekly or monthly check-ins on zoom to discuss progress and answer questions, etc.
