About Me.

As an online health coach, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and a mother of 3 very energetic kiddos, my mission is simple - to support women in unapologetically prioritizing self-care through effective fitness programs, balanced & mindful nutrition, accountability, and business mentorship.

With over 7 years coaching experience, combined with a life-long passion for health and fitness, I’ve helped clients reach their fitness goals and find their self-care routines one rep at a time. 

As a former college athlete and someone who had always been active, I found myself in unfamiliar territory when I became a mom and was unable to establish a consistent fitness routine. After giving birth to my first son, I was drowning in self-doubt and postpartum anxiety, putting my physical and mental health on the back burner. I made several attempts to get back into an exercise routine, but was unsuccessful because I lacked a plan, motivation, and accountability. One day, I was scrolling through social media and saw an online health coaching opportunity. Intrigued by the potential income, and the need to take better care of myself, I signed up. 

The short, effective workouts gave me a positive outlet for my anxiety, the nutrition plan helped improve my energy, and having an online community to check in with daily helped me to stay accountable and show up for myself. I felt strong and empowered, even as a sleep deprived new mom. 

My transformation inspired me to not only share what I learned, but to encourage others that self-care is not selfish...it's necessary.
